Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
